5. Pros

   Since joining the squad at Connections Academy in Oct 2014, I have loved working with company. They are the future of teaching for students. They offer competitive salaries, great health benefits and time off. It is a perfect blend for those needing a flexible work-life career.

   Wish there were work at abode opportunities for all positions.

   Hardworking teachers. Many families are overnice.

   Cons

   Does management know what they are doing? Is this school regulated past Florida standards? Are employees happy? There are some good managers at this visitor, but I feel that we would be better connected if we met equally a group from time to time. Right now, it is all about coin, non children. The teachers work hard. They want to aid the students. The company just wants the money.

   Poorly led, administrators attempted to model after public schools that alienated teachers and built upward advice gaps due to lack of trust.
